Printing issues from citrix clients

I have some issues with citric ICA clients who are using the server printer. I have setup a printer on the server with printing preference set to letter. Eveytime the clients uses the server printer the preferences for the printer chages on the client side whereas the settings if seen from the server remains the same. Any suggestions are most welcome.

Hello,

Here is what you can look at for starters, check your "wtsuprn.inf" file on the server and modify accordingly to matche the clients drivers that you have installed. If they don't match you will get a different name on the clients side than the server

Also, you will have to check the permissions on the clients security to make sure you have granted them the access needed for the "letter setting" they will need to have permission to manage documents...
