printing issue

I am trying to print out a phone or 2 or 3 and I get something of an error. "ERR 4019 5787" I am new to this forum and Meridian/Nortel administration. Any help on how to troubleshoot/setup the printer for my terminal would be great.

That error says you are trying to light the lamp of an invalid DN. In this case 5787. The DN either does not exist onthe PBX, or it does not have a MWK assigned. Either correct programming or remove mailbox.

Anyway to print a DN:
LD 20
REQ: PRT
TYPE: DNB
DN xxxx (where xxxx equals DN)
or
DN xxxx, xxxx, xxxx (for multiple DN's)

well I tried that, and nothing comes out of the printer still. No error but also no printing. I just got here, and I have no idea how the printer is setup, who set it up and when it was setup or if it ever worked. I need some info on how to check the printer/settings
