Printing Issue With ActiveX viewer

Hi,

We are using BOEXI R2.

On a few reports, the user generates a report after selecting the parameters, then prints the results to the printer, the first time this works fine. The user then refreshes the viewer and enters another set of paramteres, the report generqates, the user then print out again.

A CRVIWER.DLL error appears.

IF the user goes to the last page of the report and then prints, it works fine.

Can anybody help with this?

Hi,
we have had the same issue and it is still unresolved..BO support cannot reproduce it..

The only work-around we found is the one you found, go to the last page before printing ( I suspect the cache or
print queue gets clogged and data gets overwritten or a memory address is changed mid-process when the request for printing comes before the last one is done..)
