i have a user running windows 2000 pro OS, IE 6.0 sp1. when she prints to any network printer from the internet, two small squares appear in the upper-left corner and lower-left corner of the printed page. anything printed from the web does this. she can print from office, and any other app with no problem. i reset default options in internet tools/advanced, did no good. repaired ie, nothing. we use tcp/ip printing. i deleted and reinstalled one of the printer ports, didn't help.
any suggestions?

Wonder if it is the header and footer information. Try going to file PAGE SETUP and remove the command line for the header and footer see if that makes a difference.

May want to jot that info down before just deleting it.
