Printing Issue for InDesign

New problem that occured to the company I work for a month or two ago when we switched from Adobe Pagemaker 6.5 and 7.0 to InDesign CS2 is that we cannot figure how to switch which Printer Tray that is chosen when we print. Occassionally it will choose the bottom, the top, and every now and then it switches every page.

This has become a continuing problem for us and any help would be much appreciated.

Generally that is controlled by the printer driver where you select the appropriate tray.

When you get the print window, click the printer button for setting up the tray.

SEt up a print preset in ID which gives you the same window as Print and access to the printer (via Printer button). That way it will always call from the same tray.
