Unable to print anything inside SBT 5.0i to a specific tray in my HP 2200DT laser printer. Under printer setup I can select a SOURCE tray, only to discover that SBT will ignore the option and print to another the last tray. This happens everytime. Why won't SBT use the source tray selected in printer setup? If anyone has an answer I would be grateful!

Was just talking to SBT about this issue. Am wondering if your problem is that the report form is locked to a specific printer.
