Hello All,

We're using RS 2005. When I print the report from the viewer, the report is printing on multiple pages. It is printing half of the columns on one page and the other half on the second page. However, when I export the report to pdf format from the viewer, it prints correctly on one page. Is there a setup or configuration that I need to change on the Report Server in order to get the report print correctly in the report viewer? Your suggestion/input is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

There are two properties for the report I would start with. They are PageSize and InteractiveSize. The first is the actual size of the page that the report would be printed on...The second is the size of the report as rendered on the screen. They may be different for various reasons. You also want to double check the Margins.

Sounds to me like you may have the PageSize too small...

Thank you for your suggestion. The PageSize was set to 8in instead of 8.5in. Thanks for your help.
