printing in portrait when i ask to print in landscape

when a client choses to print in landscape, the printer prints it in portrait (the printer on the when i have this problem is an HP Laserjet 4500)

any suggestions

Seen this once before and it was caused by a corrupt printer driver, could be worth updating your driver to see if it solves the problem.

If it doesn't leak oil it must be empty!!

If updating the driver doesn't work, use the HP4 driver, it works fine with our 4500 model printers.

Also, if using PCL6 try moving back to a PCL5 driver.

Hey stevends,
I had this issue before whenever our citrix "publish application" (win2k) server would print to a NT 4.0 FP(file/print). Simple solution, install the printer on a win2k fp and that should take care of this issue.
