I'm sure this is simple, but can someone tell me how you print select pages of an email from Outlook 2003? I can see how to print all or even or odd pages, but not how to print, say page 1 only or page 1-2. Thanks very much.

This occurs when you try to print a Plain Text format message. What you will need to do is convert the message to HTML.

Open up the message. On the 'Edit' menu, find and click 'Edit Message'. Then go to the 'Format' menu and click 'HTML'. You should now have the ability to print one or a range of pages of the message.

Yeah, I figured that out yesterday accidently when a different message which happened to be in HTML gave me the option to print pages. So, is is possible to force all mail coming in to be in HTML so that that step at least?

Thanks.
