Hello,

I am working on a newly reformatted Windows 98 machine and am having a problem with printing using the Kodak Imaging software. I don't know whether it is a printer driver problem or a software problem, so this may be the wrong forum.

What happens is when the user receives a fax (as a TIFF file) they can open it perfectly on the machine and view it as normal (black text on white background) however when they print it on the shared printer, it comes out in inverse (white text on black background). This only happens in this software with TIFF files (printer test pages, MS Word pages). I have been through all of the options in the Kodak Imaging software (bundled with Windows 98) and there is nothing to do with inverse printing. I have also checked the driver settings and there is nothing to do with inverse printing in there. Does anyone have any idea at all where I can look to find out how to change it, or what may possibly be wrong. The TIFF files print perfectly on other machines and printed perfectly on this machine up until it was reformatted.
