I am using InDesign CS2 and cannot print to my Epson 7000 in a sheet paper format. To succesfully color manage my output, I have to access the Epson dialogue box to tell it "No Color Correction." But when I do this, this tells the printer that the paper is in roll form instead of sheet no matter how or what I tell it. I can avoid this by not accessing the Epson print dialogue but then Epson insists on color correcting and the result is disastrous. Yes, I am using the Epson print driver not Gimp. I can print in Photoshop without a problem but InDesign has become an insurmountable problem. How can I get around this?

Have you tried the Gimp driver. Apple ships gimp print 5 for that machine. I believe the Epson driver for that machine is from 2004 - earlier than CS2. If using the Epson driver yu should be using the one form late 2004. If you used ID CS1 or earlier successfully, there could be some sort of conflict with the driver.

You could also try making a pdf and see how that prints from either Acrobat or Reader depending on your needs.

One other thing yu could try would be to trash any preferences for that printer. They could predate your install of CS2. You could also try reinstalling the drivers, WE have had some problems with HPs after updating OSX. A frsh install of the drivers always fixed it.

Using OSX 10.3.9 on a G4
