Printing in citrix is getting to be a pain. I have some users who can print one day and not the next. Does not make nay sense to me. I am hoping someone in here can help me out. I have a user that has been using citrix for some time now and things were going pretty good, was even able to print. Last month when he logged into citrix he was prompted that he needed to upgrade his software, no big deal. After upgrading he now is unable to print anymore. He used to before the upgrade, now can't after the upgrade. I have the correct driver loaded on the citrix server. I even had him append a 1 after his client name hoping that would refresh his printers the next time he logged in, but nothing is working. Anyone ever have this problem before? I would appreciate any help I can get on this matter. Thanks,
