Printing in 6.7 shutting down session using hp4300

Does anyone have a solution for extra 6.7 printing to a lan printer HP4300? When screen printing and selecting the lan printer 4300 the session shutdown. When printing to a 4200 lan printer using the hpIII drivers, the session does print. Deleting the header and footer information in the print setting did not resolve the issue.
