Printing in 6.5??

I have a few users who when the go to do a screen print it kicks them out of the application. What can I do to fix this issue. I've tried everything on the printer side of things so I believe its Extra! causing it. Any suggestions?

I have the same problem when printing to HP 4200 series printers but when the same users prints to an HP9000 series then it prints just fine. Any help would be appreciated.

We have the issue with HP LaserJet 5si's. I've downloaded an evaluation copy of 8.0. I'm going to test it out on a few workstations around the office.
