Ok, this one has been beaten to death worse than... well I can't think of anything in the universe thats been beaten so much, anyways
Image print protection for NS 4.7, myth or reality?
The only CSS media type supported by NS4.7 is screen, so media=print is not an option. In three lines of code I have right click disabled, context menu disabled, and print disabled for IE5+, NS6+, Opera 5+, Mozilla
but this little old lady somewhere (ok maybe not so old, but not up to date...had to explain what a browser was as I hear her printer going crazy in the background) has managed to print out the pictures quite easily. Now obviously there is no perfect protection, but I was hoping to at least make it difficult. I was hoping to leave only the option of viewing source and then either copying the link to browser or searching through the temp internet files for the very not obvious filenames. Or the old highlight pic, paste into MS word.
So that leaves me with NS4.7, any print protection or should I not bother, write "SAMPLE" in big words and forget about the whole thing?
