Printing HTML Mail In Groupwise

Does anyone know how to enable HTML printing in groupwise. I can view the HTML document in groupwise but when I try to print nothing is displayed. I have reistalled groupwise several time with no changes, and everyone is experiencing the same problem. Please Help.

I'd start by making sure I have the most recent client installed. I believe it's up to 5.5.4 now. After that I would attempt to print again to see if it prints. Of course I'm assuming you are trying to print from GroupWise 5.5. You didn't put your version # in your question.

Yes! I have the most current version of GroupWise 5.5.4 and cannot get html attachments to print. Thanks for the suggetion.

Try reinstalling/upgrading Internet Explorer.

Underneath your email message, in the attachment pane, you will see 1 or two icons. Right-click on the mime one and select View Attachment. This will open up your email in another window sans html tags. Print this new window out and you will se your message.

Thanks for the tip, unfortunately it still does not work. When I selected the mime attachment and clicked view attachment I was able to see all of the html coding. However, when I tried to print it just printed the HTML code no graphics.

It won't print the graphics...I thought you only needed the text to print..Sorry....Perhaps GW 6 has fixed this.
