Printing HTML Exports with I.E.

When exporting from the RDC in VB6 to HTML(4) as a single file the HTML file is viewable in I.E. but when printing from I.E. the pages overun onto the next page. The crystal report prints OK from the crystal viewer. I've removed the page navigators (which helps but not enough). Page breaks do not seem to be included in the HTML file.
How can I include the page breaks in a HTML file.
Any help greatly appreciated.
