I am using Outlook2003 and when i try and print emails which are in html format it doesnt do anything. It works fine with plain text emails. I also test outlook express and that could not print the html emails either. I downloaded the latest drivers for the printer and all the updates for outlook. Any suggestions?
Cheers

Can you print from Internet Explorer? OE uses the IE settings to print; I'm wouldn't expect Outlook to need IE for HTML mail, but maybe it does.

Yeah it works fine from IE. Someone suggested reinstalling the fonts, what do you think of this?

I wouldn't hold much hope for that, but it also shouldn't hurt anything. I have several more questions: What operating system? What exactly happens - is there any error message? Does print preview show anything? Where any custom forms or add-ins added to Outlook?

The OS is XP. There are no error messages. Once Ive opened up the email I cant click print preview (its greyed out), and if i click print then nothing happens. It is not added to the print queue either. The Outlook is totally standard as well nothing added nothing taken away.
Thanks for all your help

I'm about out of ideas. What do you see under File, Page Setup - is there anything of interest or peculiar in either Memo or Table style? Does Define Print Styles, select Memo, Reset button have any effect?
