I use crystal 8.5 to generate sales reports from an access 97 database.

My problem is that I track over 600 open projects with 70 different sales reps from all 50 states. Crystal does a great job of getting me the data in a single file, but it takes me ALL DAY to print each reps seperate PDF or .RTF file and email it. And it seems to me that if Crystal can sort by rep name, it ought be able to recognise the seperate rep and auto print or save each reps indivdual data.

Is there a macro or formula of some type that I can create that will allow me automatically print/save each reps reports in a seperate file?

If I've understood what you're after, then k you need to do a separate report (maybe use [Save As] to derive it from the existing one. Have the rep as a parameter and put that in the select statement - meaning that the 'server' will select just those records and not burden you with all of the others. Run this for each rep and the data should be processed quickly.
