Hi,

We support an ERP application which has no formatting capabilities and reports are printed to the users laser printers as simple text. The users now want to start getting reports out with their corporate logo on them and bolded text, different fonts and sizes and so on.

I assume we would produce HTML tags within the report (no problem there), but then we'd need a product that can grab a stored graphic file (preferably on the Uniox server), merge the text, understand the HTML tags and merge the graphic for passing onto the printer queue.

Does anyone know of anything that does this sort of thing?

Thanks for your help.

Keith

just an idea: html2ps and send the PS to a PostScript printer...

Thanks Franz. I haven't come across this product before - I'm in apps support, not really Unix support. I'll have a look around for it. Thanks again.
