Hello, I have a HP 2100DTN Network Printer. For the last month or so, but not consistent, the printer will print garabage characters or say postscript error. All computers printing are running windows XP. I have changed the drivers from PCL to postscript, still same error occurs. Users are not printing large jobs when error occurs. Any ideas? or links, thanks.

Is it the same desktop(s) that have this issue over and over, or is it random? Any pattern with applications? What PCL driver are you using now?

Please always take the time to backup any and all data before performing any actions suggested for ANY problem, regardless of how minor a change it might seem. Also test the backup to make sure it is intact.
