I'm trying to figure out how to print the gantt chart without the associated task columns (task sheet: i.e. Name, Start, Finish, etc.) You'd think it would be an option in the print dialog box or under page setup.
2. On the left side, select each column, except the ID column, and press the Delete key to remove it from the display.
You may find that when you have only two columns remaining (the ID column and some other non-ID column) that an attempt to select the non-ID column also selects the ID column. If that happens then just click on any cell in the non-ID column.
3. Place your cursor on the right edge of the ID column and watch it change shape. Click and drag the right edge of the column as far left as possible. If you still have a non-ID column displayed (see the para immediately above) then repeat this step for that non-ID column.
4. Go the left edge of the Gantt chart and place your cursor on the edge and watch it change shape. Click and drag the left edge of the chart as far left as possible.
5. Click on Print Preview and you'll see the display you want.
Thanks for the helpful info. I had tried variations of that but wasn't successful. Your step by step directions really helped.

PS When I initially tried this, I couldn't delete the last remaining column (before Task ID) - Task Name - without being prompted/warned that I was deleting all the tasks. So I added another Task ID column to the left of Task Name and then was able to remove Task Name and get the view I wanted. Thanks again.
