Printing from Word 97

Can any one tell me how to correct this message.
"The areas of section 2 are outside the printable margins"

There is no fix button and and it is printing to a HP laserjet 4000n.

What is section 2 so that I can attempt to change the margin size.

We are running Windows 2000 with office 97 installed.

No Problem, just high light the data you want, even if it is all the sheet, do a copy and past it into a new doc or workbook. The problem is that there is junk data you can't see on your page. This can come from a disk getting old or just happens.

this is where my Word programs margins are set:

top 1"
bottom 1"
left 1.25"
right 1.25"
gutter 0"
header 0.5"
footer 0.5"

try that and see if it helps - but becarefulas it may mess up your formatting.. i have gotten that message before and clicked ok for it to print... it printed fine, so i never really investigated the why behind it...

try changing the view to PAge Layout under the view menu. Maybe it will become evident then what the problem is.
