Printing from quark 6 - hyphenation goes away

We have a print vendor that has an issue printing Quark 6 files and having the hyphenation vanish. It happens at line endings and in the middle of lines for hyphenated words. If we open the same file in Quark 5 and print it, its fine.

I don't know if they are using MAC or WINDOWS systems there but can find out if needed.

I was just wondering if anyone has heard of this and what the resolution was.

Reports from our own print suppliers are varied, but the general view is that QXP6.x does throw up some output issues when sent to some hi end ripping software/hardware.

Obviously, the rip suppliers need to catch up, until then, if you are experiencing problems, save back to 5 (you may encounter different problems) or save a HR PDF for them to output.
