There is probably a really simple solution but I cannot find it can someone shed some light on this please!
I have a user using Outlook 2007. Every time he prints an email whether it be in his sent items or in his in box the message comes out but the header information containing the To and from Fields disappears.
I have checked the page setup and it is set to Memo and Word is not set to be the default editor.
I am stumped
