Printing from Outlook 2003 missing text

Hi All

I have a client who is trying to print emails from outlook 2003. When she goes to print to a Olivetti d-copia 300, everything prints ok apart from the bold wording of To, From, CCC, Subject. We have logged into her machine under a different profile and printing to exactly the same printer works fine without any issues.

We have tried setting the machine back to factory defaults and then setting her profile back up but we are still having these issues. I have even set her up on another machine and still can’t print emails out fully. So there must be some setting on her profile causing this issue.

She is running XP and our network is using a windows 2003 SBS server.
