Printing from OS X Quark 6 to HP Designjet 120

We used to print from Mac OS 9.2 in Quark 5 to an Epsom 3000 using an Epsom RIP and the color was saturated, but pretty accurate. Now, we upgraded to a G5, using Mac OS X and Quark 6 using an HP Designjet 120 and the color is coming out with way too much magenta. Any ideas of what settings to use for more accuracy? I heard that going into Quark Pref's is helpful, but I just don't know.

Thanks for any help you can offer.
