Printing from Info Viewer on NT

The users have NT Workstation 4 with SP5 or 6. The site has Seagate Info / Crystal 7.1. Users use the Info Web version to view reports in IE5.01. They view a report in the Active X Viewer (Crystal Smart Viewer 7). They click on print icon and select a printer with a postscript driver. They get an error message "Could not start print job".

Problem doesn't happen on Window 95 pcs.

Any ideas ?
