Printing from InDesign to HP LaserJet 5000GN

My coworker is having troubles trying to print from InDesign to our network HP LaserJet 5000GN. The Print Dialog box won't allow her to change the printer setting from "Postscript File" -- so she has to create a pdf and then print that.

Any ideas?
