Operating system: Windows 2000 Professional
Internet Explorer: Covers IE 5.5 or IE 6 at least
Printers: HP printers, a deskjet and a laserjet.
Problem: In page setup of IE I set the margins to; top and bottom at 10mm and the left and right at 13mm. Both these are greater than the printer minimum. When the page is displayed on the print preview or printed the margins have been increased by some 20mm or more.
Now this does not occur on a Windows 95 system with IE 5.5, nor on a Windows XP Pro system with IE 6.
We have loaded the latest manufacturers printer drivers and that has failed to cure the problem.
It seems to a problem in the interfacing of Win 2000 and IE and maybe the printer driver.
Has anyone else have the same problem?
