I'm printing an excel document to PDF writer but instead of it coming out with the .pdf extension, it comes out with and .02 file extension. Now bare in mind that the file I'm trying to print ends with the date 12.4.02 so it appears that instead of using a pdf extension, it is printing and creates the pdf document as a .02 file extension (taking the last 2 digits/characters to be the file extension. Does anyone have any idea on why this happens??? if I manually change the file ext to pdf it then works fine. The file was orginally printed with the .PDF ext. Thanks.

I'd suggest not using the dot(.) as part of your file name. try replacing that with a hyphen(-). It sounds like your confusing the processor with too many stops (.) in the file name.

Good Luck Mahalo,
cg
