One of our customers has a Canon GP215 printer/copiër. When she prints a print preview, always everything is OK!

But when she prints to the Canon-printer, page 1 is OK, but on all other pages some text is lost. In that case the lost text is a running total field.

In another case when she prints all pages to printer, it's OK, but when she prints from page .. to page .. to printer some text is lost.

Does anyone has experience with Crystal Reports 10 en Canon GP215 printer/copiër???

Strange, because all print-previews on screen are always correct without lost text!

That is odd.

Windows handles the printing, as with most Windows based programs.

Aside from getting a newer driver, you might try exporting to Word or RTF first, and then printing, it sounds like the driver isn't very good.

Also make sure that you understand how to design reports for multiple printers, you need to be careful about alignment and not overlapping.

Open the report on a machine which has that printer as the default and you should get a reasonable idea of the output.
