Printing from A4 in Outlook 2002

One of my users is trying to print to A4 in Outlook 2002. The printer is set up correctly as all the other MS apps print to A4, however her Outlook will not accept the A4 as default and keeps trying to print to letter. I've noticed that this oocurs when the email is set to HTML (company standard).

She is the only one with a desktop printer and the only one that has these problems.

Any ideas

i know this is basic, but check the preferences of the desktop printer. it is not an Outlook problem.

If the Printer defaults are all set correctly, find mail.dot and rename it mail.bad.
