Printing formulas of report

Hi
I'm new to Crystal Reports and am currently teaching myself to complete this project. I would like to be able to print the formulas and info about this project so I can keep it for reference because it might be a while before i get another project with Crystal Reports and I'm sure I'll forget alot in that time.

Is there a way to do this?

Go to file->export->report definition. This will print out most of what you are looking for.

Just adding more info for my future reference:
Go to file->export->export report-> Change first dropdown box to report definition
