Is it possible to print formulas in an ExcelXp spreadsheet?Preferably a range of cells instead of just one. I want to use this to validate them against external formulas that are on paper.

Thanks,

Should be Tools-Options, Print tab and choose Formulas.

Using it that way, you can't really do it for a range, just the whole thing.

If you want to do it for just a range, you could (save the workbook and) put an apostrophe (') in front of all the cells that have formulas you want to print, print it (this causes the formulas to be seen as text, so no print settings need to be changed), close it and don't save it.

Thanks Dreamboat but ExcelXp doesn't have a Print tab under Tools:Options. There is a check box to show formulas in normal view so i guess i will try that. Should be similair to the apostrophe tip you mentioned above. Thanks again.

Another fast way to display formulas is to press
CTRL + `. (Note: ` is the accent mark, above the
tab key on your keyboard - and not an apostrophe.)

Thanks vbMax. That will come in handy. :)
