Printing Forms - Can you skip Form Header on Page 1?

I would like to avoid having the Form Header Printed on the first form.

Cannot seem to find a way to do this.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

for one, forms arent made for printing but for screen purposes. so no you canot do what you want
