Hi Guys,

I created a form i want to print only some parts of this form what should i do?

Also there is a table which has got 5 TAB windows in it.
How i can print only related TAB window ?

Pls advice

Regards,

One way is to use the Text properties within designer in the tables/fields areas you don't want to print, go the the fourth TAB in text properties and the section 'Hide paragraph when document is...' and select 'Printed'.

For TABBED tables it is basically the same, but a bit more questionable if you get the correct result, depending a lot on how the table is 'set up'. To make sure I get printed the info I want, I create a section 'computed for display' where I put the information I want out in a better format. This section is not visible when editing, only when printing...
