I am trying to figure out if there is a way to print a form letter only once. Is there some kind of way to mark the letter as being printed so Access will recognize not to print it again? Please help.

What we do is send out letters to our employees and we only want to send one letter to each employee.

Hi!

Can you just delete the report from your database after you have printed the letters? Or, if you need to keep the report, import it into another database to store it and then delete it.

Perhaps you could add a field to your employee table called LtrDate. When you send a letter to the employee, update this field with date(). Then when you run the report, just select all employees with LtrDate is Null. Maq B-)
