Printing file structure list

Is it possible to print the file structure of a directory including folders and documents. I know you can "print screen and then paste into word" but I am wanting to print the file structure of lots of directories and that would take too long.

I am not a technical guru so any replies would be appreciated in plain english.

I have used TreeSize Pro to do this in the past.
