Customer is complaining that one user can't print her fax messages from her inbox.
The user gets about 30 faxes a day,
sometimes when she tries to print it, it just sits there.
It does not even bring up the dialog box print screen
If the user comes back later say about 1 hr, she will press print and it will bring up the dialog box
Even weirder is that if she can't print a particular fax, she can open another one she received, and that will print fine.
We have the latest version of unified messaging

Could it be an issue with windowsXP ?
