I have a merlin magix 4.0 is there a way to print all ext.info. with out puling them out one at a time . I tried printing the whole system and only got the first ext.

You can do a "PRINT ALL", but it usually takes a long time based on the size of your system.

You will get everything there is to know about your system.

Then you have to go in and look at the extensions.

If you are doing the Print All via modem you need to check the transmission frequently because it can go into "LALA land" at some point and do "nothing" after awhile. You may have to restart the print, but save the file anyway, when this happens you get files of various lenths and amounts of data. It works best if you can connect to the admin port on site.

Hope this helps!

Thanks I tried print all still got 1st ext. I finally went
and broke them out one at a time.

If you are dialing in, you may be subject to line hits.

It seems strange that you would only get the 1st extension.

Are you telling us you are getting everything in the PRINT ALL up to and including the 1st extension?
