We have a QuattroPro spreadsheet (this happens in QP9 or QP12), with an existing footer.
When printing to PDF, using "Adobe PDF" in Acrobat 6.0 and 7.0 Standard and Professional, the footers do not convert or "print" on the resulting document.
The footers print to any other printer, a header DOES convert, but not the existing footer.
I have searched the internet high and low for an answer.
We do NOT want to add the footers in after the PDF is created. We ARE using the correct "create footer" box in the print/page setup. I have checked margins to make sure there is enough room for the footer to print, etc.
Anyone have an idea or solution? tia
