Hi
we have multiple reports that are being used by a web based program. Al the data appear correct on the reports, but when i try to print a report multiple times (more then one copie). It prints everything double + it gives also a white (unprinted) page.
I thought it was a setting of the printer (because everything works fine at the office and with other customers)or the active X plug-in.
But i checked the settings of the printer and removed the plug-in, but without any progress! I also set the "no printer" option active.
Please help, i've already spent hours on this problem.
And i use crystal reports 8
