Hi

I'm trying to print the Euro symbol with a Truetype Arial font to a PS printer... all that prints is a dot!

Any help?

Chazb: the URL doesn´t work, I don´t know why.
If you HAVE the Euro in Arial in the PC, you might
have used the PS printer resident Arial font.
Then download TTF (and for safety also Type1)
in the printer control box. --Gernot

I'm using the Type 1 Euro fonts which I downloaded from They of course print fine but it would be nice to have the choice of all the different TrueType faces.

Oh well, such is life!

chazb: thanks. New versions of fonts seem to have the Euro,
but I don´t think that all fonts are updated. --Gernot
