Printing Errors in VFP 6.0 app through Citrix Environment

I have an application that was created in VFP 6.0, which runs on a dedicated server. Some users are getting an error "Error Loading Printer Driver" when trying to print a report to a certain printer. It is only two users having trouble. Everyone else can print reports fine with this app. Also, the users getting this error can print fine from other app's like Microsoft Outlook. The user's getting the error are connecting to app using a citrix web client. But other user's that are connecting the same way do not have these errors. I'm stuck here and can't figure out why these two user's are having these printer errors.

Does anyone have any idea's as to why these two user's can't print? If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

I'm guessing you have already loaded the correct printer driver on their computer, but maybe the actual printer name or queue is slightly different?
Have you removed printer specific info from the report file itself?
There is also an issue with VFP 6 where different screen resolutions can cause that error. Try a lower resolution and see if the error goes away.
