A user is trying to print an image from Photoshop 4.0 LE. She gets the following error:
Could not complete the print command because of a disk error.

She's go plenty of hard disk space and her temp files are cleaned. She's on a Windows 2000 sp2 PC.
Anyone have any ideas on this?
Thanks

You might want to try the Windows forums and ask there.

Can you print from any other program properly??? Do you think that it is photoshop that is causing this problem??? Maybe the first thing to think of is re-install photoshop, or the printer drivers.

All the other print jobs from other apps are working ok. I was thinking about installing PS over again.

Have you re-installed Photoshop??? Is everything working now???

no not yet. I haven't had time to try that yet. I'll take care of it probably the week after next. I have to go out of town for work next week. I'll let you know what happens.

This is a rights problem. I have the same problem in XP Pro with Photoshop 5.5 Under the admin account Photoshop prints fine, but will give this error message under a user's account.
