Printing Error with Uniprint and Fonts

Dear All,

We are currently experiencing a problem with the printing from an active ICA session. The problem is that the printer, which is a HP 950c series, will print perfectly offline from all applications yet online it will print but not certain fonts (Arial and Times New Roman to name a few).
Instead the fonts are substituted with cube-shaped symbols.
Some fonts print fine - others do not! all graphics print fine. This is from all applications i.e Word, Outlook etc

This is a few things weve tried:
Reloaded Printer driver and Uniprint driver
Reloaded Acrobat Readers 4+5
Enabled Font Embedding on the server

It prints fine if you change what ur printing to Tahoma for example but any docs containing certain characters just come out as cube-shaped characters.

Can anyone shed light on this or have experienced it before?

The fix is copy the Abobe 'UNIPRINT.API' plugin from the Uniprint install cd to the plugin's dir. under the Adobe Acrobat install on your citrix server.

Note different verisons of the API for different UNIprint ver's.

What did you mean by 'Note different versions of the API for different UNIPrint Vers'

Theres only one API on the Uniprint CD so will just copying this one do it?

Weve had an email back from Uniprint saying that there is problems with 'some fonts' in the Uniprint software but i find it hard to see Arial and Times Roman being some of 'um!
They said they are fixing it and it will take 4-6 months for them to sort.
