Printing Error when using Windows XP

Getting error printing from XP Machines. I'm using Crystal 7.0. Do I need to upgrade in order to print my reports via Windows XP?

Error message is: Report cannot be generated. Please try agin later.
Error 20599. Cannot open SQL server.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Sounds like your system is not properly setup with a default printer. XP should not be the problem.

I believe that CR7 is not working correctly with Win XP. It is not Window 2000 compliant and XP is a newer and slightly inproved version of Windows 2000.
