printing error using acrobat distiller support

I have acrobat education version 8.1. When I print from a word document using acrobat distiller, I get a printing error message. I have my computer on and plugged in. Any suggestions. Thanks

What does the message say? At first blush, I would guess that you are not using a PS-compliant printer driver. Also, you may have some luck posting in forum223 .

Ever notice how fast Windows runs? Me neither.
