I have a delphi database with paradox as back end on a network using windows 200 server and windows 98se on the stations. Printers are HP2100TN.
On some stations I get a printer error :invalid floating point error" (all stations are the same)
Through trial and error I have found a unacceptable work around.
I load and make a LJII the default printer, open the database, close the database and then set my network printer as the default. When I reopen the database I can print to screen and network printer. As long as the station is not shut down the system remains functional.
I think my problem is in how CRYSTAL utilizes the print drivers. However, I am at a loss as to what the problem is.
